Delivery Times
At EAU DE MOE we strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase within the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Please allow additional time for international shipping. Please take into consideration that orders received over holidays and days off may also delay the processing times by 1 or 2 days. 

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. You will be able to view the shipping cost before completing your purchase.  

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier's website.  

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs regulations. Additional duties and taxes may apply for international shipments.  

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution.
