15-Day Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at EAU DE MOE. We hope you love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
- Items must not be damaged or soiled.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Discounted items, testers and samples cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team at sam@eaudemoe.com to initiate the return/refund process.
- Obtain a Return Label: We will provide you with a Return Label that you must include with your return.
- Package the Item: Carefully repack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Items sent back without requesting a return will not be processed.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process once we receive your returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
